I believe that we are in a time when Yah’s sanctuary is being cleansed by the power of the Ruach ha Kodesh. According to the vision given to Daniel, the sanctuary was cast down, permitted to be trampled, and the truth was cast to the ground because of trangression. Daniel was told that at the end of a definite time period the sanctuary will be cleansed. The sanctuary represents the body of Yahushua of which we are a part.
“…at the time of the end shall the vision be — Daniel 8:17”
Who Was Allowed To Trample The Sanctuary?
Daniel’s vision explains that the entity that trampled the sanctuary was an offshoot of the Greco-Roman empire. It was named the “little horn” and possesses the spirit of anti-messiah (Daniel 8:9-12). We know how Roman pagan elements were brought into the early church causing the trangression of idolatry. The truth about the dangers of participating in idolatrous practices, the sacred names of the Creator, and the keeping of Yah’s appointed days were cast to the ground.
It is only recently that there has been a widespread movement to strip away the pagan garments from the body of Yahushua. Time and time again we see the comparison of washing garments and cleansing with the putting away of foreign g-ds and their practices. For example…
“Then Jacob said unto his household, and to all that were with him, Put away the foreign g-ds that are among you, and be clean, and change your garments…” Genesis 35:2
We also see that Achan made himself accursed by taking of the accursed items of the defeated city of Jericho. One thing that he took which was of particular note was the Babylonish garment!
When I saw among the spoils a goodly Babylonish garment, and two hundred shekels of silver, and a wedge of gold of fifty shekels weight, then I coveted them, and took them; and, behold, they are hid in the earth in the midst of my tent, and the silver under it. Joshua 7:21
The children of Israel were consecrated and told to wash their garments prior to a visit by Yah in Exodus 19:10-14. Prior to the return of the Master Yahushua and our meeting in the air, the Ruach ha Kodesh is prompting us to do the very same thing.
The body of Yahushua is also likened to Jerusalem, and we know that Jerusalem will be trampled on by the gentiles until the times of gentiles are fulfilled (Luke 21:23). Adoption of the religious practices of the gentiles into the church which is supposed to be holy and set apart is what caused the turmoil. It didn’t have to be a total takeover; just a mixture was enough.
Elijah Repaired the Altar
There had been a severe drought in the land of Israel because the leaders and the people started adopting wicked idolatrous practices (I Kings 18:17-18). The account of Elijah and the prophets of baal was an event that foreshadowed the end times. After Elijah let the prophets of baal jump around and call on their g-ds, he repaired the altar of the Most High right before the evening sacrifice. The prophets of baal were proven to be false, the people’s hearts were turned back to Yah, and then the Most High blessed the people with rain.
*Note- when the time of judgement comes, modern people are going to be calling on the l-rd and g-d. These titles are names of baal and in Jeremiah 23:27 Yah said that their fathers had forgotten my name for baal.
Today, the trampled, broken altar is being restored by the Ruach ha Kodesh operating within members of the body. Each member shares with the body the things that the Ruach ha Kodesh shows them so that we may all get washed by the water of the Word of Yah. The Most High is calling his people right now for spiritual restoration and cleansing, but the time is drawing to a close. Yahushua is at the door and awaiting the word of Yah to get His cleansed bride who is allowed to wear white linen garments. These garments symbolize the righteousness of the Messiah. This bride is the one without spot or wrinkle.
Be glad that the Most High called and you answered!
